On Friday, June 6, the county will provide a non-mandatory site visit. This site visit will include several stops along the rail corridor for vendors to see the conditions and several points. To attend: Please send your RSVP by 4:30 PM, June 3rd to procurment@bouldercounty.gov Details and meeting location will be given after we receive your RSVP.

Boulder County (the County) is seeking to hire a consultant to prepare preliminary and final design plans, structure plans, survey, title reports and other relevant records research, documentation of crossing agreements, subsurface utility engineering, drainage analysis, wetland mapping / delineation, environmental permitting and other items as appropriate to develop engineering phase documents for the Boulder to Erie Regional Trail (BERT) (the Trail). The Trail will follow an out-of-service railroad corridor in eastern Boulder County which extends from 61st Street in Boulder to E County Line Rd in Erie, an approximate distance of 8.5 miles. The Trail will be within the out-of-service rail corridor for the entirety of the alignment except where crossing Boulder County roadways and Colorado 287. The purpose of the Trail is to provide a multi-use trail connection between Boulder and Erie.
