Barkhamsted Housing Trust, Inc. (BHT) will receive bids for furnishing all labor, materials, tools, services and equipment necessary to complete the “Mallory View Site Construction Project at 104 Old New Hartford Road, Barkhamsted, CT”. The project scope includes the initial site work for subsequent construction of 20 units of affordable housing in 4 buildings, including clearing, grading, some blasting and retaining walls, underground utilities and stormwater, road and parking base.
