Description
The Ministry of Transportation and Transit (The Ministry) is seeking up to two experienced firms to provide business communications and consultation support services for the Trans-Canada Highway Four Laning Program between Kamloops and Golden over a period of 3 years (36 months) on an “as and when required” basis. The Ministry of Transportation and Transit (the Ministry) intends to award up to two $500,000 contracts for the provision of Communications Management Services.
The successful Proponent will assist in delivering a variety of services, including but not limited to; preparing presentation materials, providing project graphics for Trans-Canada Highway Four Laning Program announcements and events, assist with event planning, provide photography, videography and UAV services, deliver media training and provide back-up documentation on an “as and when required” basis.
