This fragmented environment has resulted in inefficiencies, data integrity issues, limited forecasting capabilities, and significant IT overhead related to on-premise infrastructure.

The City intends to transition to a modern SaaS-based budgeting solution that improves efficiency, transparency, collaboration, and long-term sustainability.
