Charter Township of Waterford Local Road Water Main Replacement
Charter Township of Waterford (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following
Project:
Bid 26-03: Charter Township of Waterford Local Road Water Main Replacement (DLZ No. 2545-7977-00)
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Charter Township of Waterford Hall
located at 5200 Civic Center Drive, Waterford, Michigan 48329, until Thursday, June 11, 2026, at
2:00 local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked on the outside the following,

Sealed Bid for: Bid 26-03: Charter Township of Waterford – Local Road Water Main Replacement
and shall clearly show the name of the submitter. The Project includes the following Work:
The project, of which the Work under the contract documents is a part, is generally described as
follows: Removal and replacement of 2,417 LF of watermain and reconstruction of approximately 6,818
square yards of HMA pavement on Calvert Ave, Starr Ave, and Waterly Ave.

Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday
through Friday between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. and may obtain copies of the Bidding
Documents from the Issuing Office as described below. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be
available from the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or
partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the
Issuing Office.
Printed copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained from the Issuing Office by paying a deposit
of
$50.00 for each set. Make deposit checks for Bidding Documents payable to DLZ Michigan, Inc.
