Solicitation Description:

The University of Houston-Downtown (UHD), Marilyn DaviesCollege of Business, plans to conduct a Graduate Program Marketing Campaignduring Fall 2025, with the initial focus on recruitment for the Master ofBusiness Administration (MBA) program. The campaign will run for approximately12 weeks and is intended to increase awareness, generate prospective studentleads, and improve enrollment outcomes.

UHD is seeking proposals from qualified marketing serviceproviders with demonstrated experience in higher education outreach. Selectedvendors will be responsible for planning, developing, and executing amulti-channel digital campaign that includes creative content, social mediaoutreach, and targeted advertising. Vendors must also provide access tocampaign tracking tools and deliver detailed reporting and analytics
