REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)
REAL ESTATE BROKERAGE SERVICES

The Lawrence Redevelopment Authority (LRA) is seeking sealed proposals from qualified Massachusetts licensed real estate brokers or brokerage firms to provide exclusive brokerage services for the marketing and sale of 300 Canal Street (Hydro Unit), Lawrence, MA.

The RFP will be available beginning Monday, August 3, 2026, at 9:00 A.M. on the City of Lawrence website and the Lawrence Redevelopment Authority website, or by requesting an electronic copy via email.

Sealed proposals are due Thursday, August 27, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. (EST) and must be submitted to the Lawrence Redevelopment Authority, 255 Essex Street, Lawrence, MA 01840, in accordance with the requirements set forth in the RFP.

The Lawrence Redevelopment Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive minor informalities, negotiate with the proposer determined to have submitted the most advantageous proposal, and cancel this solicitation if deemed to be in the Authority's best interest. Minority-owned, women-owned, veteran-owned, and small business enterprises are encouraged to submit proposals.
