The Province seeks to engage a high performing professional consulting team comprised of a Prime Consultant – Architect. Sub-consultants include mechanical, electrical, structural, and envelope engineers, as well as an interior designer, environmental graphics consultant, electrical-security consultant, code consultant, move consultant, audio-video (AV) consultant and lastly, a cost consultant for the tenant improvements.
