Texas State University(“Texas State” or “University”) and the City of San Marcos
(“CoSM”) aresoliciting Competitive Solicitations (“Request for Proposals” or “RFPs”) forthe selection of a
qualified and capable vendor to provide MicromobilityTransportation options to the University and to the
CoSM. This Solicitation sets forth the terms,conditions, and requirements for Respondents to be
considered for thisproject. Accordingly, the University and CoSMdesire to enter into separate nonexclusive
Contracts with one qualified,capable, and experienced firm to providethese services.
