1. Due to more time needed to receive feedback from manufacturer, we request the time allowed for questions (8/24/26)
be extended an additional 14 days to allow time for authorized rollback carrier manufactures lo complete their reviews of
the bid specifications and submit concerns.

Please Note: Follow up/Clarification to the Questions and Concerns responses dated 08/27/2026 must be submitted to the
General Services Agency via email to bids@gsadoa.guam.gov no later than 5pm, Friday, August 28, 2026.
