It is SaskPower’s intent to purchase one (1) new and unused 128 HP (minimum) mid-size utility tractor equipped with a front mount snowblower and rotary cutting mower. Tractor to be equipped with climate-controlled cab, mechanical front wheel drive and powershift transmission.
