This letter is to advise all prospective bidders of the following contract addendum:
Proposal Changes: Proposal updated to reflect permit changes to Site 100-01-00204 (Wheeler Rd),
Site 059-01-5d1d5 (Davistown Rd), and Site 061-01-f64aa (Hefner Rd).
Plan Changes: Plan sheet S-1 replaced to Site 100-01-00206 (Timeless Lane) to reflect
temporary work bridge and limits of causeway.
Follow up Questions:
1.The Hefner Rd bridge reflects 1’6” cored slabs. Can 1’9” be used and change the
grades?
Answer: 1’6” cored slabs are available
2. Will we be able to completely put in a temporary causeway to cross the cane river for
girder deliver and erection?
Answer: Property owners and drill crew continue to use a temporary gravel access. It is
anticipated this access can be used for construction of the bridge as well.
3. Borings?
Answer: Borings for Hefner 061-01-f64aa (Hefner) and Davistown (059-01-5d1d5) have
been posted to the website.
