***The purpose of this amendment is to add updated sections C, L, and M as well posting AutoCAD drawings and past performance questionnaire.******The purpose of this amendment is at add section M to the solicitation.*** The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Memphis District has a requirement for a new mooring winch system including twenty (20) new mooring winches, three (3) centralized AC electric motor driven hydraulic power units, (HPUs), hydraulic piping, and associated deck sheave assemblies and fairleads for the replacement of the USACE Vicksburg District 400 foot long Mooring Barge. The solicitation number is W912EQ25RA006 and is being issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). This is a total small business set-aside procurement. The associated NAICS code is 333923. Response to this solicitation must be in accordance with section L of the attached solicitation. It is the offerors responsibility to ensure receipt of proposal by the time and date stated therein. Vendors not registered in System for Award Management Registration (SAM) database prior to award will not be eligible for award. Vendors may register for SAM by registering online at www.sam.gov. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, all vendors shall be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award, during performance and through final payment of any contract.
