Project Description: The Township of Lower Merion at 75 East Lancaster Avenue of Ardmore of Pennsylvania invites qualified and experienced Contractors to provide their services to implement the “Belmont Hills Community Center Exterior Repairs” as described in this RFP.
Project Location: Belmont Hills Community Center at 50 Ashland Avenue, Belmont Hills, PA 19004
Questions regarding the project scope shall be submitted via the “Vendor Discussions” feature in PennBid Bonfire. The last day for receipt of written questions is end of business day on January 13, 2025.
The project site is open to the public and may be visited during normal business hours without prior arrangement.
The Bidder shall submit their bids electronically via the PennBid Bonfire (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com) by no later than 11 am on January 23, 2025 which shall include completion of the Non-Collusion Affidavit of Prime Bidder, Employment Verification Form, and Proposal, together with any other Exhibits or documents that may be requested herein.
The Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Contractor shall furnish all materials, implements, machinery, equipment, tools, supplies, transportation, construction layout, labor and supervision required to complete the proposed items as shown on the attached documents and specified herein for the lump sum price stated by the Contractor on the attached proposal. The Work consists of, but is not limited to: a. Temporary barriers to isolate the work area to protect the public b. Protection of existing features and landscaping to remain c. Selective exterior window repair and repainting d. Selective repointing (Add Alternate) e. Sealant replacement f. Progress and final cleaning
