Description


Sealed bids for construction of the project entitled Forsyth Street Pipe Replacement will be received until 2:00 PM, Thursday October 30th, 2025, 500 Anthoine Street, Fort Valley, GA 31030 at which time and place they will be publicly opened and read. No bid may be withdrawn after the closing time for the receipt of bids for a period of sixty (60) days.Work To Be Done: The Work to be completed for the Forsyth Street Pipe Replacement is described briefly as follows:This project consist of installing 8¿ pipe in the road on Forsyth St. along with 16 service transfers. Work will include approx.. 100 LF of jack & Bore, 3 complete fire hydrants, curb & gutter replacement, cut & cap ex. Waterline, etc., traffic control, erosion control, and other miscellaneous work. Plans, Specifications and Contract Documents: Complete digital specifications and contract documents are available at www.QuestCDN.com. You may view the digital documents for free by entering the Quest project number 9907833 on the website¿s project search page. The fee to download the digital documents is $200 (non-refundable) payable through the website. A bidder¿s proposal will not be considered by the Owner unless the Bidder is on record with Quest/ESG Engineering, Inc. as having purchased and received complete Bidding Documents. Digital documents will be provided at no charge and hard copies will be provided upon non-reimbursable payment of $200. Any Contractor submitting a bid must be licensed by the State of Georgia.
