Request for Qualifications for Construction Administrator Services
BI-JA-504-CA, New Haven Community Correctional Roof Replacement, 245 Whalley Avenue, New Haven, CT 06511. DAS/CS is seeking the services of a highly talented and experienced team to provide construction administrator services in support of the above-reference Project. The New Haven Community Correctional Roof Replacement Project is a 131,000 square foot correctional facility constructed in 1976 with ballasted EPDM and metal clad sloped roof systems. The scope of work for the project shall include repair and replacement of the existing roof systems, exterior façade sealant joints, and replacement of the main entrance curtainwall, vestibule, and skylight systems.
