The item to be procured consists of: Either (1) 24’ wide by 36’ deep, OR (1) 24’ wide by 24’ deep double bay garage building to be placed on a bed of crushed stone at the North End Recreation Center. Alternate price to Prep and install a ¾” crushed stone base for the garage to be placed on.
