Summary It is the intent of the City of Kalamazoo to enter into a three (3) year term contract beginning April 1, 2025, to provide Public Services with manhole casting materials to be delivered by the Contractor on an "as required" or "emergency basis" in accordance with the requirements and specifications as stipulated herein. Bidders shall bid on items equal to or better than specified.

INTENT AND SCOPE OF SERVICE

It is the intent of the City of Kalamazoo to enter into a three (3) year term contract beginning April 1, 2025, to provide Public Services with manhole casting materials to be delivered by the Contractor on an "as required" or "emergency basis" in accordance with the requirements and specifications as stipulated herein. Bidders shall bid on items equal to or better than specified.

CONTRACT PERIOD AND EXTENSIONS

The contract shall be in effect for a three (3) year period commencing on or about April 1, 2025, subject to availability of funds and the following renewal and/or cancellation options. The City may opt to extend this contract for one 2-year period. All extensions shall be upon mutual agreement of both parties with all provisions of the original contract or any addenda and extensions remaining in full force and effect.
