Request for Proposals for Window Repair & Maintenance Services

Project Description: The City of Milwaukie is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced contractors for window repair and maintenance services. A complete description of services is provided under Section 3 of this solicitation. The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means necessary to complete work at multiple city-owned buildings. The awarded contract will be for a maximum duration of six (6) years and up to $150,000.
