Description
The Optimist Community Center consist of upgrades to the Restrooms in the community center including demolition of existing plumbing fixtures and prep for new fixtures, replacement of plumbing fixtures, new finishes in restrooms, new door/ hardware to utility room, new structural CMU walls, plumbing and electrical work associated with new fixtures, and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
