The Town of Simsbury is soliciting bids for WATER POLLUTION CONTOL FACILITY (WPCF) HVAC RTU REPLACEMENT, 2026, materials, equipment necessary for the removal and replacement in kind including electrical connections, controls integration, and all incidental work required for a complete and operational system of 2 roof top HVAC units (RTU) and one roof top MAU with a Bid alternate of replacement of a ground level MAU at the WPCF location.
