Project Description: The City of Vancouver intends to award a sole source to Vancouver Downtown Association to be used to provide services described below. If you are aware of another supplier that provides these services and are designated by the WA State Main Street program, please contact Michael Woods michael.woods@cityofvancouver.us or comment through the Bonfire Portal.
Provides a unique combination of services to downtown Vancouver focused on district marketing, beautification, and relationships management. Only organization designated by the Washington State Main Street program to carry out designated Main Street program services and serves as a recipient of the Main Street Tax Credit incentive from business partners.
