Tying into existing graded ditch transporting AMD from portal to roadside ditch. Revegetate area as directed by Engineer. No trees 3 diameter or greater will be removed. We propose to reopen portals and Construct Non-Wildlife Portal Closures along with Class II/III Rock Ditch from portal to roadside ditch. Clean out roadside ditch along Hwy #399.
