Project Description: East Lycoming School District hereby invites the electronic submission of sealed bids for Box Culverts for ELSD Drainage Improvements via the PennBid Program no later than Thursday, February 20, 2025, at 1:00 PM. Bids will be publicly opened immediately thereafter electronically with the results made available immediately on PennBid. NO Pre-Bid Meeting is scheduled for this Project. The complete Invitation to Bid, bidding instructions and Project bid documents will be available January 31, 2025, at no cost via PennBid (https://pennbid.bonfirehub.com). The undersigned reserves the right to waive informalities or defects in a bid to the extent permitted under Pennsylvania Law and to reject any or all bids or parts thereof.
