Sprinkler and Fire Alarm Repairs and Preventative Maintenance services at its housing development in Stoughton, Massachusetts. The work consists of Sprinkler and Fire Alarm Repairs and Preventative Maintenance services at the State-aided (EOHLC) and federally funded public housing development owned/managed and operated by the Stoughton Housing Authority in Stoughton, Massachusetts in accordance with the contract documents. The successful bidder will be required to sign a service contract with the Authority for a period of three (3) years. Electronic Bids will be received until December 11, 2025, at 10:00 a.m.
