Description: |
This Request for Proposals (RFP) provides interested offerors with sufficient information to prepare and submit proposals for consideration by Pennsylvania’s State System of Higher Education (hereinafter State System) to provide General Event and/or Commencement Ticketing Software, Hardware/Equipment & Services on behalf of its universities.
This RFP is expected to result in multiple participation award contracts. Successful placement on the award list provides eligible offerors with the ability to provide the services on an as needed basis. It is not a guarantee that the State System will request the offeror to provide the services. The State System makes no guarantee as to the number and size of engagements which may be procured under an awarded contract. Determination regarding which of the multiple awarded contracts will be used is expected to be made on a university-by-university basis based on the option that best suits their needs and offers the best value. It is anticipated that universities may use one supplier for their general event ticketing needs and another supplier for their commencement ticketing needs. Respondents to this RFP may respond by proposing either or both General Event Ticketing Software, Hardware/Equipment & Services or Commencement Event Ticketing Software, Equipment & Services.
