The Town of Fairhaven invites sealed bids for Fairhaven Academy Accessibility & Exterior Renovations

where they are publicly available as of Wednesday, November 19, 2025 at 8:00AM.

General Bids will be opened on December 10, 2025, at 3:00PM p.m. at the Select Board Office, 40 Center Street, Fairhaven, MA 02719. Bids will immediately be opened publicly and read aloud. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid security consisting of a BID BOND, CASH, or, CERTIFIED CHECK issued by a responsible bank or trust company in the amount of 5% of the bid price.
