Request for Bid ITB B-26-12-COC Cocoa Police Department HVAC Renovations

The City of Cocoa is soliciting bids for a qualified contractor to remove and replace three (3) Split System DX air conditioning units at the Cocoa Police Department building. The project will require coordinated work across electrical, controls, and HVAC trades to ensure a complete and functional installation.

There will be a MANDATORY Pre-Bid conference held for this project on Thursday, August 13, 2026, at 10:00am EST at Cocoa City Hall, 3rd Floor Conference Room, 65 Stone Street, Cocoa, FL 32922. A representative of your firm must attend the meeting for your bid submittal to be considered responsive.
