The Town of Plainville, Connecticut (the “Town” or the “Owner”) is seeking sealed Bids for Bid 2026-10E, Sidewalk Construction on Farmington Avenue. Bids will be recieved at the Office of the Town Manager, Municipal Center, One Central Square, Plainville, Connecticut until 2:00 PM local time on August 12, 2025, then at said place publicly opened and read aloud. No bid will be accepted after 2:00 PM local time on August 12, 2025. The work under this Contract shall consist of the removing the existing bituminous concrete sidewalk between 123 Farmington Avenue to 269 Farmington Avenue and replacing it with a four-foot concrete sidewalk.
