Annual Litter Abatement Program

Project Description: The Litter Abatement Program consist of the installation, maintenance, monthly measuring and removal of debris and removal of curb inlet filters. The contract period will be effective for twelve (12) months from the date of award. The City shall have the option to extend the contract for four (4) additional one-year periods upon the same terms and conditions of the original invitation to bid. Each renewal period, if exercised and mutually agreed upon by both parties, will be for one (1) additional year. Prices shall remain firm for the duration of the initial contract period. The City shall also have the right and option to terminate the agreement upon sixty (60) days written notice. For bidding purposes, it is estimated that the city will spend approximately $145,000.00 for this project.
