RFI: WC027601 BAS provider for Investing in Justice: Courthouse Complex

Milwaukee County is issuing a Request for Information (RFI) to obtain information from qualified Building Automation System (BAS) providers regarding available BAS software platforms and associated hardware suitable for implementation at the Milwaukee County Courthouse Complex and, potentially, other County facilities.

Response to this RFI should include:

a. Respondent Organization Information

i. Contact person: Name, phone, email
ii. Milwaukee Metro Office address

b. Responses to the questions in Section 1.2 to be provided in PDF format in the response or within 5 business days after the presentation
c. Controls manufacturer proposed
d. 2-4 examples of existing installations with references of similar implementations

Please submit one electronic (pdf) version of your response no later than 4:00 P.M. on May 27, 2026 to Peter Nilles at peter.nilles@milwaukeecountywi.gov and Patrick Flaherty at pflaherty@concord-cc.com. After the RFI response is received, the contact person listed in the response will be contacted to set up a time to give the presentation to Milwaukee County.
