Description: The New York State Bridge Authority is soliciting technical/cost proposals to investigate the potential Alkali-Silica Reaction (ASR) in the existing concrete substructure units of the Kingston-Rhinecliff Bridge. This deck truss bridge carries NYS Route 199 over the Hudson River between Kingston and Rhinebeck, NY. Qualified engineering firms possessing demonstrable expertise in these areas of Alkali-Silica Reaction (ASR) are invited to submit a technical proposal and cost proposal. All inquiries for the RFP shall be made by emailing Teresa Ceragioli, Executive Assistant to the Chief Engineer, at tceragioli@nysba.ny.gov with your “Expression of Interest” and including your firm's complete contact information.
