Project Description: The renovation of Sedalia Park Elementary School will encompass corridors, Media Center, Cafeteria, classrooms, offices, and multi-stall restrooms. The extent of work includes the following: • New flooring throughout • Replacement of windows and blinds (partial) • Replacement of door leaves and hardware (except at classrooms) • Replacement of plumbing fixtures at multi-stall restrooms • Replacement of toilet partitions at multi-stall restrooms
