ACCORDANCE WITH Ohio Public Contract Index Number MAC042 Paint Creek Marina Pump Out Lift Station Electrical Box Repairs Paint Creek State Park Marina 14771 Deer Park Road Bainbridge, OH 45612 Project Background : The pump itself has not been used, and the hose has dry rotted. Also, the lift station for the pump out is not working due to electrical issues. We will be tearing down the bathroom at the bottom of the hill and replacing it with one at the top of the hill by the leech field. The new bathroom will not need to use the lift station; it will pump straight into the leech field. But, if we want to keep the pump out, the electricity for the lift station will need to be repaired by a certified electrician Specifications Please Quote referencing Ohio Public Contract Index Number MAC042 Needed is a Certified Electrician to install and provide new electrical components and equipment necessary with all safety features and permits required of housing placed in an area prone to flooding. Install a 15K VA transformer with precast concrete pad right next to the existing pump console with 2 ground rods and bond back to the transformer. Wire a ¾ Inch Seal tight with 4 NO 10 wires from the old control panel to the new transformer also wire a ¾ Inch Seal tight with 4 NO 8 wires from the new transformer to the new control panel. Make proper terminations and test them to complete and verify in working order. DESTINATION/PRE-PAID/ALLOWED. The Contractor must provide Deliverables under this Contract F.O.B. Destination/Pre-Paid/Allowed. The place of destination will be specified by the Ordering Agency on the agency’s purchase order or other ordering document. Cost of the freight must be borne and paid by the Contractor unless otherwise stated. All risk of loss, regardless of the cause, will remain with the Contractor until title to the Deliverable passes to the State. Unless otherwise provided in this Contract, the State will determine whether the Contractor provided each Deliverable required in this Contract and has fully met all work requirements of this Contract. Title to any Deliverables will pass to the State on Acceptance of the Deliverable. Evaluation. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder as determined by the State. Use one of the two contract statements Contract Award. The contract will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder by low lot total. Low lot total will be determined by multiplying the unit cost by the estimated usage listed in the bid and then adding each of the totals together to arrive at a total for all items. Failure to bid all items may result in the bidder being deemed not responsive Site Visit & Point of Contact Prior to submitting a bid response, offerors are REQUIRED to visit. Site can be visited on Mon-Fri 8 am-3:30 pm or by appointment to ensure staff is available call 937-393-4284 to schedule with Mike Robinson or Cory Cover. Once a contract is awarded, failure of the bidder to have requested a site visit to become familiar with the facility and requirements of the bid will be insufficient reason to support any request to be released from the contract. |
