The Maryland Department of General Services (DGS), Office of Facilities Management, welcomes your participation in this time-sensitive Invitation for Bids (IFB) for a two-month emergency generator maintenance contract. Your expertise and participation would help ensure the continued reliability of emergency power systems serving essential State facilities. We recognize the short response period and sincerely appreciate your consideration of this opportunity.
The successful bidder(s) will provide maintenance services for emergency generators, automatic transfer switches, and all associated equipment at designated Annapolis, Baltimore, and Multi-Service Center courthouse locations, as specified in Section 2 of this IFB. All work shall be performed in accordance with applicable regulations, codes, and laws and the manufacturer’s recommendations.
