Synopsis:

The RM is seeking proposals from qualified engineering firms to provide professional engineering services for the design of a heated municipal shop building. The facility is intended for storage and maintenance of municipal equipment and vehicles. Scope of Work to include but not limited to:
Preparation of civil/structural/architectural engineering design documents.
Development of detailed drawings and technical specifications suitable for construction.
Design services focused on a heated shop building to meet municipal operational needs (vehicle/equipment storage and maintenance).
