Contractors to be listed as a pre-qualified contractor for the City of Grand Forks, ND
September 29, 2025
The City of Grand Forks has established a Lead Service Line Replacement program to provide property owners access to Drinking Water State Revolving Funds for replacement of the property owners lead service line. To be on the list of prequalified contractors for this program effective January 1, 2026 the Contractor will need to agree to the following:
The Contractor agrees to perform work under the specifications of the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund program. Attached in Link Labeled July 2025 Memorandum Re: Clean Water and Drinking Water State Revolving Funds projects.
The Contractor is required to comply with American Iron and Steel requirements of the Consolidated Appropriations Act, 2014.
The Contractor is required to comply with Davis-Bacon prevailing wage requirements.
The Contractor is licensed and bonded with the State of North Dakota.
For each service line replaced the contractor agrees to submit the following paperwork, attached.

If Contractor agrees to these terms for this program with the City of Grand Forks, please complete the following form and return to the City of Grand Forks Water Maintenance Department, 255 N. 4 th St., Grand Forks, ND 58203. Attn: Melanie Parvey, Water Director by October 31, 2025.
