General Notice

Village of Eagleville, MO (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:

Wastewater System Improvements

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the Eagleville City Hall located at 10028 10th St., Eagleville, MO 64442, until Tuesday, September 8, 2026 at 1:00 PM local time. At that time the Bids received will publicly opened and read.

The Project includes the following Work:

Lagoon improvements, including the addition of a cascade aeration structure and chemical feed building. Collection system improvements including manhole rehabilitation and lift station improvements. This project is being financed through the Missouri State Revolving Fund, established by the State of Missouri Water Pollution Control Bonds and Federal Capitalization Grants to the State of Missouri.

Obtaining the Bidding Documents

Prospective bidders desiring copies of plans, specifications, bid documents, and other Contract Documents can purchase these documents (non-refundable) on-line at Drexel Technologies in their eDistribution Plan Room at www.drexeltech.com . Additional assistance is available at distribution@drexeltech.com or 913.371.4430. Information regarding this project can be found under the “Public Jobs” link on the website. Partial sets of bidding documents will not be available from Drexel Technologies or Lamp Rynearson. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Pre-bid Conference

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on Monday, August 17, 2026 at 1:30 PM at Eagleville City Hall, 10028 10th St., Eagleville, MO 64442. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is encouraged but not required.

Bid Security.

Each Bid shall be accompanied by bid security in the form of a Bid Bond (on the form included with the Bidding Documents) in the amount of 5% of the bid per 10 CSR 20-4.040(17) and shall be payable without condition to City of Eagleville, MO, as a guarantee that the Bidder, if successful, will execute the Agreement and provide acceptable Performance Bond and Payment Bond, each in the amount of 100-percentof the Contract Price, as required per 10 CSR 20-4.04(17). Bonds shall be obtained from companies holding certificates of authority as acceptable securities (31 CFR Part 233).
