Description

This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase process: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers; the second phase (Phase Two) will invite the qualified suppliers to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. The qualification list will expire within 60 days or upon award of a contract in Phase Two, whichever is earlier, and the prequalification list will not be used in any other solicitation.
Work covers construction services for heating, ventilation and air conditioning upgrades to the Air Terminal Building at the St. Anthony Airport, in Newfoundland & Labrador.
.1 Demolition of baseboard heating, boiler, heating water piping, pumps, fuel tank and pad.
.2 Install electric heat, new concrete pad for generator, fuel polishing system, fuel oil piping and new controls.
.3 HVAC installation and modification.
.4 New heating generator & electrical panel.
.5 Electrical power distribution renovation.
Work to be completed on or before October 1, 2026.
