Project Description: Replace the existing CLC waterline with a 12" PVC waterline in Arizona Avenue between 17th Street and 24th Street. Connecting to the existing PVC line South of 17th Street and AC line North of 24th Street. The work includes but is not limited to installing PVC stub outs, replace water services, install fire hydrants, plug abandoned lines, concrete replacement, asphalt replacement, traffic control, etc.
