This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued separately.

The solicitation number is FY263161064 and this solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ).

All vendors must have an active registration in SAM.gov at the time of submission in order to be considered. Any vendor that does not have an active SAM.gov registration will be rejected as non-responsive.

Active Unique Entity ID (UEI) shall be included with your offer.

***Unloading, installation and training is required by the contractor. IBWC can assist with the unloading of equipment if is on a pallet, we can provide staff and forklift.***

The Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) is a secure, web-based system provided by the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Bureau of the Fiscal Service in partnership with the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis. IPP is available at no cost to any commercial vendor or independent contractor doing business with a participating government agency.
