In accordance with MGL Chapter 149, the Town of Raynham, MA is seeking interested general contractors and subcontractors to be prequalified to bid on its new public safety building project. Must be DCAMM Certified. Estimated cost of the project is $41 million. In addition to General Contractors, the following sub-bid categories will be prequalified: Masonry, Misc. Metals, Waterproofing/Damproofing/Caulking, Roofing and Flashing, Metal Windows, Glass and Glazing, Tile, Acoustical Tile, Resilient Flooring, Painting, Elevators, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical. Prequalification will be online at biddocs.com (under bid listings - solicitations). All SOQ's will only be accepted electronically through biddocs.com; emails and facsimiles will be rejected. All proposers must create a user profile (no charge) to submit a proposal. Any questions should be directed to the Owners Project Manager, Pomroy Associates at amurphy@pomroyassociates, 508-456-4232.
