Bid Description:
This project will consist of, but not be limited to, labor and material to replace windows and install HVAC equipment
as indicated on the drawings by Dore & Whitter dated September 26th, 2024.

Site Visit:	Date: 12/20/2024 11:00:00 AM	Mandatory Site Visit
There will be a mandatory walk-through meeting for bidders meeting at the site on Friday, December 20th, 2024 at 11:00am. Visitors must surrender a valid driver’s license, government ID, passport, or equivalent ID during their stay. Subcontractors are encouraged to attend. Visitors must notify the Project Manager no later than the day before the meeting so they can be added to the access list. Directions: Access Camp Johnson through the front gate and follow VT National Guard Rd until the stop sign, turn left and Bldg 5 is the 2nd building on the right, the parking lot is on the left. Watch for Pre-bid signs.
