Project Description: Springville City desires to retain the services of a Professional Consulting Engineering Firm to update the City’s Drinking Water Master Plan, Pressurized Irrigation Water Master Plan, Wastewater Collection System Master Plan, and respective Impact Facility Plans, and Impact Fee Analyses.
SCHEDULED TIMELINE FOR COMPLETION OF PROJECT: The City desires for the Drinking Water, PI Water, and Waste Water Collection System Models, Master Plans, IFFPs, and IFAs to be completed in their final form by August 29th, 2025. City staff will then present to governing boards, commissions, and councils. During this time updates may need to be made prior to final adoption.
