BCTS BC Bid Solicitation Standard
For Silviculture Surveys in the Sea to Sky Natural Resource District
Contract No. SU26TBS002
The proposed contract requires the completion of 30 free to grow, 10 regen, 51 regen performance assessments and 11 survival surveys totalling approximately 1,160.8 hectares located in the BCTS Chinook Business area of the Sea to Sky Natural Resource District.
The proposed contract will require registered qualified professionals and/or registered forest technical staff working in various conditions including isolated areas. The proposed contract includes information management using SNAP! reporting of survey results to BCTS’ software (LRM) and producing survey reports and maps.
The term of the contract will be from the final signature date on the contract to March 15th, 2026.

All contract related questions must be submitted in writing ONLY to the following email address: Forests.ChinookTimberSalesOffice@gov.bc.ca . Deadline for receiving questions is 11:00 am on May 13, 2025. If questions are received, a Question & Answer document will be posted to BC Bid by May 15, 2025.
Tender submissions must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the tender package.
If your bid deposit is in the form of cash, money order, certified cheque or bank draft, you will not be able to e-bid. See allowable submission delivery method(s) above. Also see Conditions of Tender for acceptable bid securities.
The lowest priced or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
