Sealed Bids for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary for the completion of the WARRIOR TRAINING CENTER BARRACK - PHASE II UTILITIES will be received at the Columbus Water Works at the 1421 Veterans Parkway, Chattahoochee Room, Columbus, Georgia 31901, until 2:00 p.m., local time, on Thursday, October, 9, 2025, and then at said location publicly opened and read aloud.

The Project consists of the following major elements: The construction of 820 linear feet of 8-inch ductile iron water line, 160 linear feet of 6-inch ductile iron fire protection water line, and 75 linear feet of 6-inch PVC gravity sewer located at the Warrior Training Center Barrack Facility on Fort Benning, GA.

The work will be awarded in one (1) Contract.
