Purpose of Procurement
Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated 50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Proposals (eRFP) is being issued to establish a contract with a qualified supplier who will assist with Brand Positioning for Georgia State University to the Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia by and on behalf of Georgia State University (the State Entity) as further described in this eRFP.
Georgia State University seeks a branding agency to refine and sharpen its brand positioning. This initiative will unify messaging, craft a compelling brand narrative and develop a cohesive messaging framework. Key deliverables include a messaging map, defined brand personas, and enhancements to the university¿s brand personality, tone, proof points and positioning statement to better reflect its strengths, culture and impact.
