Betty White Health Center: A. Tear off existing built-up roof membrane, sheet metal, metal counter flashings, and roof components as indicated. B. Install new tapered insulation system with insulation adhesive. C. Install new 2-Ply SBS-Modified Bituminous Membrane system (Cold/Cold). D. Demo skylights, screen wall and associated electrical conduit and boxes. E. Install new lightning protection system; use existing grounding locations. |
