Description
LFRFP 250011, Ministry of Highways Land Appraisal Services Standing Offer
GOS requires land appraisal services from up to an estimated amount of nine (9) firms for a three-year period (2025-2028 fiscal year) with the option to extend the standing offer for two (2) additional one-year (1) period(s). Services will include, but are not limited to, a Full narrative and Market Analysis.
This RFP advertises for three geographical areas of work, Prince Albert, Saskatoon and Regina service areas. The proponent may bid on any or all of the service areas.
It is anticipated that nine (9) firms will be shortlisted, with an expectation of three (3) firms for each service area, although GOS may choose to shortlist additional firms per area based on the quantity and quality of submissions received. All firms must have at least one team member registered with the Appraisal Institute of Canada (AIC) - Accredited Appraiser Canadian Institute (AACI) designation but can provide up to five (5) team members.
