Project Description: In 2021, the café space in the breezeway of the Downtown Library was vacated. It has remained vacant since. The Library Director previously identified the need for a New Mother’s Room as well as a small laundry/storage space. This will allow the space to be fully utilized in a way that best supports library operations.
